During the sermon time, we offer an opportunity for your child to go to family ministry’s wing with our adult and youth volunteers to learn about God in a way that is engaging to their age and stage in life. All kids 3 years old to 2nd grade are welcome to join!
Fall 2021
Preschool-This semester we are exploring the Big Story of the Old Testament. We spend each week hearing a story and then drawing out on our giant timeline!
School Age-What is love? Far from the 90s song, we learn each week about a way God has designed us to know his love and share that love with others.
For each week, your child will come home with a craft as well as a small reminder of what they learned that day so you can ask them more about it when you get home.

Covid Safety Measures
The well-being of your children is our first priority here in our family ministries at Covenant. As such, we have taken the following safety measures to give your kids the safest environment possible while experiencing the same loving care they have always experienced here.
What your children can expect…
- Wearing a facial mask will be optional
- To use hand sanitizer upon arrival, in between activities, after using the restroom, and before returning to the church service
- To be sat at separate tables to encourage social distancing
- To not share toys with other children if possible
- To have separate craft bags and materials that will not be shared with other children
Our volunteers commit to…
- Wearing a facial mask will be optional
- Avoid physical contact with children and when they do so to immediately wash their hands
- Wash their hands thoroughly after arrival and periodically throughout their time with your child
